Registration Process

New Students


  • Fill out the New Student Application.
  • Return the completed application along with the $300 registration fee to:

  • You will be contacted to schedule the Screening and Assessment.

Former HCA Students


  • Fill out the Re-Enrollment Application.
  • Return the completed application along with the $300 registration fee to:

    P.O. Box 1552
    Huntersville, NC 28070

Registration Policies


  1. All students, without exception, must pay registration fee.
  2. Registration/Materials fees are non-refundable and non-prorated except for non-acceptance by the Academy.
    (Refer to our Refund Policy for details.)
  3. All registration fees for new and re-enrolling students are due with the submission of the application.
  4. Re-enrolling students must pay the registration fee by June 30th in order to guarantee placement for the following year.

Fee Schedule

Tuition


  • Elementary School - (K through 5th Grade)

    $5300/yr. - tuition
    ($530/month for 10 months)

    $500/yr. - expansion fee
    ($50/month for 10 months)

    $5800/yr. - TOTAL
    ($580/month for 10 months)



  • Middle School - (6th -8th Grades)

    $5950/yr. - tuition
    ($595/month for 10 months)

    $500/yr. - expansion fee
    ($50/month for 10 months)

    $6450/yr. - TOTAL
    ($645/month for 10 months)



Annual Fees


  • $300 - Registration Fee

    (K through 8th Grade)

  • $50 - Optional PTF Dues Per Student

     

  • $175 - Screening and Assessment Fee

    (paid directly to SES)

    (The Screening and Assessment Fee is for new students only. The assessment is not required for returning HCA students.)
