The policy for refunds of registration fees will be as follows:

1. If your child does not test into the program, you will receive a full refund.
   
   
2. If your child tests in to the program, but is on the waiting list and you decide to withdraw them prior to November 1, 2008, before they are offered a position, you will receive a full refund. Refunds will be given to those who are not placed in a position by Nov. 1, 2008.
   
   
3. If one of your children tests in to the program, but another does not and you wish to place them both at another school together, (before the school year starts) your registration for both will be refunded in full.
   
   
4. If you move at least 30 miles away from the location of the school before the school year starts, your registration fee will be refunded.
   
   
5. Once your student attends school, there are no refunds issued.

ALL WITHDRAWS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING TO THE LKNC PRINCIPAL.
