Mrs. Taylor and her family moved to Stanley in January 2008. Mrs. Taylor comes from Faith Christian School in Port St Joe, Florida where she taught for 10 and a half years. During her tenure in Florida, she instituted and directed the school's first K2 program, taught kindergarten, and most recently first grade. She also enjoyed teaching history (for 4th through 8th grades) and journalism. Mrs. Taylor served as elementary principal for her last year and a half in Florida. Since moving to North Carolina she taught fourth grade at Southlake Christian Academy, filling in for a teacher on maternity leave. She holds a BA in Elementary Education. Beth is married to Dr. William Taylor. They have been married for twenty-one years. Both have been involved in Christian Education and church ministry their entire married life. They have four children who have all been raised in Christian Schools.
