Mrs. MacCormick was the Librarian at Huntersville Christian Academy for 8 years. In 2008, she joined LKNC staff to be our Librarian! The Library she has built has over 8,500 books and 3,500 Accelerated Reader tests, with testing done in the classroom and the computer lab. The Library also has a wide selection of Bible, Science, History and "Fun Videos/DVD's". In June 2009 she became a "First Time Nana" as her & her husband's first grandchild, Katelyn entered into the world.

Mrs. MacCormick knows that God has gifted each student with unique abilities and interests which she strives to provide every student with opportunities to explore and develop these gifts through resources in her library. Proverbs 1:5
