Mrs. Miller taught three years at HCA. She joined the LKNC staff in 2008 as the 5th grade teacher. Mrs. Miller feels very blessed and would like to share 2 favorite Bible passages. For a long time, her favorite verses has been Romans 5:1-5 "Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom also we have access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God. And not only that, but we also glory in tribulations, knowing that tribulation produces perseverance; & perseverance, character; & character, hope. Now hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit who was given to us." because they remind her of how she should view life, through the lens of faith. However, Hebrews 10:23 is the verse that jumped out at her and has a direct connection of her excitement & feeling at peace with her decision to join the LKNC family. Mrs. Miller graduated from UNC-Charlotte with a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. She has a Masters Degree in Gifted Education from UNCC.
