Mrs. Puckett taught first grade for two years at Huntersville Christian Academy, and 3rd grade for 2 years at LKNC. Mrs. Puckett received her certification in 1989 from UNCC. She has 9 children which she spent over 13 years home schooling using some of the same materials that LKNC uses. Mrs. Puckett brings spunk and variety to her classroom in her teaching methods.

Her favorite Bible verse is Proverbs 22:6.
